CREATING NEW HABITS

Did you know that it takes 21 days to build a habit?


There is always something we wish we had time to do. Get organized, Start a business/side hustle, Read, Workout, Meal prep, etc.


To begin anything you will need a plan....A 21 day plan.

You need to be able to see what the end of your 21 day goal will look like. For an example, If your goal is get more organized, Pinterest is a great source to visually see great ways for organization. The point is to be able to see what you are working toward and remind yourself everyday WHY you are doing this.


So write down your why, or print out a picture and place it where you want the change to be.

First you need to break this task up into 21 parts or mark the same task for the next 21 days.


Next, figure out how long you can afford to spend this task will take daily(5-10 minutes should do the trick).


Then, take a look at your schedule and see what time of the day is best for you to complete this task, mark it on your calendar, & set a reminder/alarm on your phone for the next 21 days!

This is easy to say but can be challenging to do. I have found that the best way to stay consistent is to make someone your accountability partner.


This person will be someone you want to share your progress with. They will either text or call you everyday to see if you have completed your daily task.
